A lot of people give Danny Green of the Philadelphia 76ers a hard time.
There have been certain moments during his career when he’s missed some important, clutch shots and that’s left a bad taste in the mouth of some fans.
But Green’s success within the league speaks for itself.

Green is the only – yes, only – player in the NBA with 500 regular season wins in the last 10 seasons.
To be in a class all by himself like that is impressive – but there are other aspects of Green’s career worth admiring too.
Yes, he’s had some bone-headed moments but Green is a seasoned, valuable role player.
Going Green
Green has been playing in the NBA since 2010 and has found success with multiple teams.
In fact, he’s won three different championship rings.
More impressively, he’s wrong those rings with three different teams.
Perhaps even more impressive is the fact that he won a ring with the Toronto Raptors and the Los Angeles Lakers during his first and only season with each team.
So, some could argue that adding Green to a team really ups your chances of finding victory in the Finals.
Through it all, Green has put a pretty impressive statline: 8.7 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 1.5 assists a game.
Sadly, his future in the NBA is now in question because of a very serious, debilitating injury.
He tore his ACL and LCL in his left knee back in May and exited the season, with a lot of questions around what comes next for him.
After so many years in the league and such an intense injury, some suspect that Green’s days on the court may be over.
Hopefully not because Green has put in his time and proven himself again and again, no matter what people say.
