We are now six weeks away from pitchers and catchers reporting to spring training.
In terms of free agency, things are somewhat winding down, but there are several viable players who are still out on the market.
While the starting pitching market is mostly picked over, there are a few who remain.
No, the remaining starters are not quite on the same level as somebody like Carlos Rodon, Jacob deGrom, or Justin Verlander, but they could help several MLB teams in need of a starter.
On Twitter, a fan made a list of some of the top remaining arms, with pitchers such as Michael Wacha, Johnny Cueto, and Zack Greinke as the top three.

Obviously, there are several teams who could use some pitching.
Despite signing Corey Kluber, the Boston Red Sox are still in need of some starting pitching.
With Nathan Eovaldi, Rich Hill, and Wacha either gone or still free agents, they’re banking a lot on the health of James Paxton and Chris Sale.
The same can be said for the St. Louis Cardinals, who let left-hander Jose Quintana walk and have yet to replace him.
There are still some injury concerns with Jack Flaherty and Steven Matz, and after a bad September, Adam Wainwright’s spot in the rotation may not be a guarantee.
The San Francisco Giants are another team who could use some more arms after Rodon’s departure.
As the old saying goes, you can never have too much pitching, and it certainly doesn’t hurt that there are still a few viable options out there.
