The Los Angeles Rams brought the band back in hopes of winning another Super Bowl.
They have a strong chance of repeating as champions, especially with a defense that has All-Pro players Jalen Ramsey, Bobby Wagner, and three-time Defensive Player of the Year Aaron Donald.
The Rams also remain strong on offense with Matthew Stafford, Cam Akers, and reigning Offensive Player of the Year Cooper Kupp.
However, it would be nice to have Odell Beckham Jr. back after his invaluable contributions during Super Bowl LVI.
Unfortunately, he will be sidelined indefinitely due to an ACL injury.
Therefore, his return is uncertain and it will depend on his recovery.
Whenever that day is, it seems like head coach Sean McVay is still interested to have Beckham back, as shared by The Athletic’s Jourdan Rodrigue.
Sean McVay does expect Van Jefferson back in a matter of weeks (tho unsure if he will be cleared for opener at this time). He cites a few young players eligible for WR3 …then jokes (?), “and then we’ll continue to see if we can figure out when Odell will come back.”

Recovery Is Beckham’s Priority
In Beckham’s absence, the Rams signed Allen Robinson who last played for the Chicago Bears.
But that quote from McVay indicates that they would want to have Beckham back.
For now, Beckham is a free agent and it makes no sense to give him a contract.
Yet once he is cleared to play, expect the Rams and several other NFL teams to engage him in contract talks.
The Rams are favorites to re-sign Beckham because they still give him the best chance of winning another title.
Besides, he also loves playing in Los Angeles and that’s an experience other teams cannot offer.
With him sidelined, though, the Rams will gear up for the defense of the Super Bowl they won at home.
