Sean McVay finally led the Los Angeles Rams to a Super Bowl victory.
With the roster that general manager Les Snead assembled for him, anything less than the Vince Lombardi Trophy would be a disappointment.
There were loaded on both sides with Matthew Stafford, reigning Offensive Player of the Year Cooper Kupp, and Odell Beckham Jr. on offense.
On the other side of the ball, they also brought in Von Miller to play with Jalen Ramsey, Leonard Floyd, and three-time Defensive Player of the Year Aaron Donald.
But as the 2022 offseason started, Miller joined the Buffalo Bills on a six-year deal.
Beckham also remains a free agent after tearing his ACL in Super Bowl LVI, and there are rumors of his return to the Cleveland Browns.
The Rams have targets on their backs now that they are the defending champions.
However, that accomplishment doesn’t mean that they will rest on their laurels because they have been validated by a world title.
Instead, they are looking to address the spot that Miller vacated, as NFL Network’s Andrew Siciliano reported.
Sean McVay says they’re still in contact with Bobby Wagner: “He a really special guy and there’s definitely interest in him.”

Siciliano tweeted, “Sean McVay says they’re still in contact with Bobby Wagner: ‘He a really special guy and there’s definitely interest in him.'”
Another Super Bowl Victory For Wagner?
The former Seattle Seahawks linebacker will be an integral piece to the vaunted Rams defense if they end up signing him.
However, he brings a different skill set than Miller who is more of a pass rusher.
On the other hand, Wagner works best in neutralizing the yardage that the opposing team gains.
He’s better at covering zones, enabling him to be one of the league’s constant leaders in tackles.
But if he ends up joining the Rams, Wagner will help the team defend their championship.
