The Buffalo Bills could have a major reinforcement on the field next season.
Following months of speculation, rumors, and concerns, it now seems like Damar Hamlin will be back on the field in no time.
Recently, HC Sean McDermott confirmed that the star safety will be a 100% participant in their training camp, paving the way for him to make his return to the field for Week One.
Coach McDermott: Damar Hamlin will be a full go at training camp and we’re behind him 100%. We’ll go at his cadence. 🫶#BillsCamp | #BillsMafia pic.twitter.com/UhWCHENHrd

For those who need more context, Hamlin collapsed on the field when the Bills played the Cincinnati Bengals.
He suffered a cardiac arrest and had to be rushed to the hospital, where he was taken to the ICU.
Hamlin was cleared to resume athletic activities some time ago, and he always made it clear that he intended to continue pursuing his career in the NFL once he was back to full strength.
The league as a whole rallied behind one of their most beloved and respected defensive players, making big donations to his foundation and wishing him a speedy recovery.
Needless to say, this will be a major boost and motivation for a Bills team that has knocked on the door of a trip to the Super Bowl for quite a while now, but has struggled to get over the hump once and for all.
Hamlin is living proof of determination and resiliency and is expected to have a prominent role both on the field and in the locker room, and it’s nice to know that he’s healthy, out of danger, and ready to get back on the field.
