The Denver Broncos have one of the best receiving corps in the NFL.
Unfortunately, they have underperformed in recent years due to subpar quarterback play.
Drew Lock and Teddy Bridgewater had their chances, but they couldn’t elevate the Broncos’ offense to its utmost potential.
Last season, Courtland Sutton led the team with 776 yards to go with two touchdowns.
Tim Patrick wasn’t far behind with 734 yards and five touchdowns.
Jerry Jeudy had 467 receiving yards and KJ Hamler had ten receptions for 74 yards.
Hamler’s numbers may not be impressive, but Wilson sees positives in him.
Russell Wilson today on @gmfb: “Courtland Sutton and Tim Patrick know how to attack the football. Jerry Jeudy knows know to get open, over and over and over again and can snag the ball on top of guys heads. KJ Hamler, a guy that’s super super fast… I’ve seen a warrior in him”

Wilson said during his recent guesting at Good Morning Football, “KJ Hamler, a guy that’s super super fast…I’ve seen a warrior in him.”
The Pro Bowl quarterback has nothing but praise for their top wideouts.
“Courtland Sutton and Tim Patrick know how to attack the football. Jerry Jeudy knows know to get open, over and over and over again and can snag the ball on top of guys heads,” he said.
With Wilson under center, the Broncos receiving corps should dominate the opposition.
It’s as if there is a track meet every time they play.
Broncos fans hope that Wilson can also replicate the success he had with the Seattle Seahawks.
This level of talent makes then one of the favorites in the highly-competitive AFC.
Complementing Their Explosive Backfield
If everything falls into place, the Broncos shouldn’t have problems putting points on the board.
Head coach Nathaniel Hackett created a high-powered offense when he was still with the Green Bay Packers.
Their running game with Javonte Williams and Melvin Gordon III can also help open up deep routes for big gains.
In 2021, Williams had 903 yards and four touchdowns.
Meanwhile, Gordon had 918 yards and eight scores.
They were on the brink of having a 1,000-yard season.
With Wilson running the show, that milestone will be attainable.
