Rob Gronkowski May Not Be Done After All

For now, tight end Rob Gronkowski is retired after 11 NFL seasons.

He has nothing left to prove because he has won every major individual and team accolade that the league can give.

Likewise, he is financially secure because he only spends the money he gets from product endorsements, for which he has a lot.

Gronkowski could also venture into show business given that he is a natural entertainer with a charismatic personality.

However, his girlfriend, Camille Kostek, revealed that his current retirement might not stay that way for long.

Kostek said, “I am an honest lady, and honestly, in my heart, I didn’t feel like this one is a forever one. I feel like him and Tom are just having fun like, ‘retired, not retired, retired, not retired.'”

His numbers from last season don’t show a man that is ready to hang up his cleats for good.

After all, he still had 802 yards and six touchdowns in just 12 games.

If he and Tom Brady are making NFL insiders look foolish, who could blame them?

They are one of the most successful tandems in league history?

Brady And Gronkowski Competing In Retirement Announcements?

Gronkowski has “retired” twice from the NFL and it seems like there will be the third edition down the road based on Kostek’s statement.

Meanwhile, Brady is lagging behind with one “retirement” announcement that lasted only 40 days.

But there’s a chance that Gronkowski returns if Brady comes calling.

Perhaps he just doesn’t want the grind that comes with training camp because he delivers when it matters most anyway.

Instead of sending sprint videos taken the same day but in different clothes, he is skipping it all before making a comeback late in the season.
