The Philadelphia Phillies have not gotten off to the start they were hoping for this year.
But, part of that could be due to Bryce Harper not being in the lineup.
The former MVP missed the first month of the season recovering from Tommy John surgery.
Now that he is back, the Phillies have one of the most potent lineups in the National League.
On Wednesday, they faced off with Blue Jays ace Kevin Gausman.
According to Paul Casella, Gausman thinks the Phillies are the “best lineup in the National League.”
Blue Jays ace Kevin Gausman with some high praise for the Phillies:
"I think they're the best lineup in the National League, from top to bottom."

In his start against the Phillies on Wednesday, Gausman threw six scoreless innings, only allowing three hits.
He also struck out nine batters.
Also, Gausman mentioned how they are dangerous from “top to bottom.”
The Phillies have a deep lineup, as Brandon Marsh bats eighth for them with a .991 OPS.
Opposing pitchers have no innings off when facing this lineup.
One player that has stepped up so far this season is outfielder Nick Castellanos.
His first season in Philly was far from ideal, as he only hit 13 home runs in 136 games.
But, he has gotten off to a good start in 2023, as he already has five home runs at the beginning of May.
Also, star shortstop Trea Turner has yet to get going for the Phils.
He is batting .261 on the year and has four home runs.
This Phillies team can be dangerous when they are all clicking.
While that point has not come yet, it should be on its way soon.
