The Buffalo Bills have had their fair share of ups and downs this season.
They have looked great against not-so-good teams and not-so-great against contenders.
Whatever the case, one thing has been consistent, even in the losses.
Josh Allen is playing the best football of his career, and he’s taken care of those woes that haunted him in the past.
Notably, that’s why former NFL coach Rex Ryan had the ultimate praise for him.
Talking on ESPN’s “Get Up,” the former coach went as far as to call him the greatest red zone quarterback, perhaps in NFL history.
"He's the best red zone quarterback, maybe of all-time. … This guy is an absolute beast."

He argued that his ability to make plays with his legs makes him unstoppable in the final twenty yards of the opposition’s field.
As Ryan pointed out, neither of Allen’s two interceptions this season has been on him.
One came after Amari Cooper slipped on a slant route, and the fact that it took him eight weeks to throw an interception speaks volumes about his improvement.
The other interception should’ve been caught by Keon Coleman.
Through nine weeks, Allen has thrown for 2,001 yards while completing 64% of his passes.
He’s got 17 touchdown passes against two interceptions, adding 47 rushes for 211 yards and three more touchdowns.
The Bills are 7-2 and are in sole possession of the first spot in the AFC East Division.
They could become the first team to clinch their division.
So, even if some pundits still aren’t that sold on them, there are no legitimate arguments not to have Allen as a serious MVP candidate.
