Last season alone, the Los Angeles Rams acquired players like Matthew Stafford, Odell Beckham Jr., and Von Miller.
This year, losing players has been their recurring theme.
Beckham is still recovering from his ACL injury and is not yet sure if he will re-sign with the Rams.
Meanwhile, Miller joined the Buffalo Bills.
They also lost Robert Woods to the Tennessee Titans.
The possible departures do not end there, as shared by Rams insider Gilbert Manzano.
Sean McVay said they're looking to move RB Cam Akers to a new team: Help him look for a fresh new start #Rams

Manzano tweeted, “Sean McVay said they’re looking to move RB Cam Akers to a new team: Help him look for a fresh new start #Rams.”
Akers showed promise as a rookie in 2020, averaging 4.3 yards per carry.
However, he suffered an Achilles tear in 2021, forcing him to miss all games except one regular season game and the Rams’ playoff run.
He did not practice yesterday due to personal reasons, indicating that he might be on his way out.
The Rams will field several trade offers for Akers and choose the rightful proposal.
Akers And McVay On Good Terms
Unlike the situation that led to Robbie Anderson joining the Arizona Cardinals, Akers and Rams head coach Sean McVay remain respectful of one another.
However, Akers did ask about his role with the squad, especially with the emergence of Malcolm Brown and Darrell Henderson.
But just like Miller, Akers is set to move on from the team that drafted him.
Akers played five games for the Rams this season, finishing with 51 carries for 151 yards and a touchdown.
Meanwhile, the Rams rank 31st in their run offense, garnering 70.5 points per game.
It remains to be seen if Akers is still on their roster during their Week 8 game versus the San Francisco 49ers.
