There was a time when the Oklahoma City Thunder had the best big three in the NBA.
The team was led by Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook, and James Harden back in the early 2010s.
They were a fearsome trio that found their way to the NBA Finals against LeBron James and his Miami Heat.
Of course, none of those players are on the team anymore and they are all playing on three different teams, with different levels of success.
On Wednesday, NBA on ESPN remembered that impressive lineup in a short walk down memory lane.

One can’t help but wonder what would have happened if these three players remained on the same team.
How many rings would they have by now?
Success Together & Apart
The Thunder with Durant, Westbrook, and Harden was definitely quite special.
However, it never came together in the ways the front office wanted and the team members slowly drifted apart and wanted to try their hands at success elsewhere.
Today, Durant plays for the Brooklyn Nets and has earned himself two rings with the Golden State Warriors.
Harden recently played alongside Durant in Brooklyn but is now a Philadelphia 76er and has spent time with the Houston Rockets too.
Westbrook has moved around a bit too, playing for the Rockets, Washington Wizards, and now the Los Angeles Lakers.
Each player has found success on their own, although they have all experienced their hardships too.
But there is no doubt if they were all still playing together, their team would be immediate Finals contenders.
Thunder fans will always look back to the time these three played together and will wonder what would happen if they stuck together.
