After their victory over the San Francisco 49ers yesterday, the Philadelphia Eagles are heading to the Super Bowl.
Their combination of an elite offense paired with an opportunistic defense has led them to the big dance.
According to one local analyst, the Eagles have the NFL’s best defender on their side.
19.5 sacks in 19 games. It’s fair to call Haason Reddick the best pass rusher in the NFL right now. pic.twitter.com/Ro7rwhq6jW

Through 19 games played, Haason Reddick has racked up 19.5 sacks, 57 tackles, and six forced fumbles.
Reddick’s dominance has eaten up opposing offensive lines, causing quarterbacks to suffer as a result.
This season, four different Eagles defenders racked up at least 10 sacks, which is one of the main reasons that their team is in the Super Bowl.
Reddick, Brandon Graham, Josh Sweat, and Javon Hargrave are these four players.
With Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes still not 100 percent after his ankle injury, the Eagles could have a field day with him.
The Chiefs’ offensive line is certainly no joke, considering that Mahomes has only been sacked 26 times.
This year’s Super Bowl is slated to be one for the record books.
Mahomes and the Chiefs have been to the Super Bowl in three of the past five seasons, and the Eagles haven’t been there since they won it in 2017.
Both teams look drastically different from their rosters in the past Super Bowls, however.
Which team will win?
It’s a shame that the NFL world has to wait two weeks for this matchup.
However, the Pro Bowl has undergone massive changes, which should provide at least some entertainment this coming weekend, a needed difference from past seasons.
