The City of Philadelphia, otherwise known as the City of Brotherly Love, is riding high right now,
Yesterday, fans got to celebrate the Philadelphia Eagles’ blowout victory over the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC Championship Game.
The Eagles will now meet the Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl.
This comes just a few months after the Philadelphia Phillies reached their first World Series since 2009.
The Phils ultimately fell short in the Fall Classic against the Houston Astros, but it kicked off a wild few months for Philadelphia sports fans.
On Twitter, Bob Nightengale of USA Today took note of all the fun taking place in Philadelphia right now.
What a winter in Philadelphia: The #Phillies win the National League pennant and three months later the #Eagles are in the Super Bowl

This is a dream scenario for any major sports city.
The Phillies had experienced so much heartbreak since their NLDS loss to the St. Louis Cardinals in 2011.
11 years later, in their first postseason appearance since then, they took their revenge on St. Louis and rode that momentum back to the World Series.
The Eagles have enjoyed quite an exciting season as well, led by quarterback Jalen Hurts.
Now, Hurts and the Eagles will square off against Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs, who are led by none other than beloved former Eagles coach Andy Reid.
This time, Philadelphia fans are hoping for a different result than what took place in the World Series.
The best part about this story is that it could continue well into the summer, as the NBA’s Philadelphia 76ers have the second-best record in the Eastern Conference.
Perhaps they could find their way back to the NBA Finals for the first time since 2001.
