Every NFL team wants a quarterback who can perform under pressure.
However, not every NFL team is lucky to have an elite quarterback on their roster who can handle pressure from defenses.
While some teams have these elite quarterbacks, others rely on sub-par quarterbacks.
With the NFL entering week 13, PFF released the highest rated quarterbacks under pressure for 2022.
So which quarterbacks made the cut as the best under pressure this season?

With PFF’s list, they have Tua Tagovailoa at number one, as his 103.4 passer rating while under pressure makes him the best.
However, Geno Smith, Joe Burrow, and Josh Allen round out the top four quarterbacks under pressure.
While Allen being in the top four isn’t surprising, the other three quarterbacks are doing well this season.
Tagovailoa is having a career year, as he only has one loss this season in games he’s started.
Another shocker is Smith, who is having his best season since his rookie year in 2013.
However, the 95.3 passer rating from Burrow under pressure is another eye opener.
With Burrow starting the 2022 season as the most sacked quarterback, it looks like he’s made some major improvements.
These quarterbacks, being great under pressure, are making their team’s playoff contenders.
If these teams didn’t have quarterbacks like these, they might be out of playoff contention.
That’s why these teams are lucky to have these quarterbacks calling the shots on offense this season.
