Patty Mills of the Brooklyn Nets is one of the most beloved NBA stars in the United States.
No matter which team he’s played for, Mills has always given it his all and has remained a true team player at all times.
But as popular as he is in America, he is even more cherished in his home country of Australia.

According to the NBA, Mills has the highest-selling NBA jersey in Australia.
While Mills is the champ down under, he is selling alongside some good company.
Stephen Curry of the Golden State Warriors is number two, LeBron James of the Los Angeles Lakers is three, fellow Aussie Josh Giddey of the Oklahoma City Thunder sits at number four, while Giannis Antetokounmpo of the Milwaukee Bucks rounds out the top five.
This weekend, all of Australia will be cheering him on as he attempts to become a three-point champion.

Mills is looking to make an even bigger name for himself this year when he participates in the All-Star three-point contest.
The three-point contest is always one of the best parts of All-Star Weekend and this year promises to be even better than ever.
Mills will face some tough competition though: he will be going up against Desmond Bane, CJ McCollum, Fred VanVleet, Luke Kennard, Trae Young, Zach LaVine, and Karl-Anthony Towns.
In other words, he will have his work cut out for him.
After the All-Star break, Mills will try to help his Nets refine and enhance their lineup as the troubled team pushes into the last leg of the season and hopes to have a successful postseason.
