Gone are the days when the Kansas City Chiefs can outright dominate the AFC West.
Their divisional rivals raised the stakes by upgrading their rosters.
The Denver Broncos traded for Russell Wilson while the Las Vegas Raiders signed Davante Adams.
Meanwhile, the Los Angeles Chargers acquired J.C. Jackson and Sebastian Joseph.
Unfortunately, the Chiefs might be the unfavored ones on paper after losing wide receiver Tyreek Hill to the Miami Dolphins.
While Kansas City got five draft picks in return, there’s no guarantee that they can find the successor for “Cheetah” with those selections.
Losing his primary target might be difficult for former league MVP Patrick Mahomes.
But instead of sulking over Hill’s departure, this video proved that he’d rather focus on improving himself.

The clip shared by NFL consultant for Health, Performance & Player Development Bobby Troupe had Mahomes showing his strength.
With his back leaning against a gym ball, an assistant placed another gym ball on Mahomes’ hands.
From that position, the Super Bowl LIV MVP effortlessly threw the ball to the wall.
If he has much power from this exercise, imagine what he can do when he has time inside a clean pocket.
This routine can also help him simulate acrobatic throws that might happen when the defense comes for him.
It also showed the strength of his gut which will help him withstand the impact of sacks.
Wide Receiver Needed
Mahomes gives the Chiefs a chance to win.
Likewise, this short clip signifies that the offense’s leader is ready for the grind, despite the roster changes.
However, it would be difficult to find an open receiver without a speedster like Hill.
Therefore, his power will be put to great use if the team can find another talented receiver.
