The Las Vegas Raiders have been grossly underutilizing star wide receiver Davante Adams this season.
While playing for the Green Bay Packers, he was the number one option in the offense, garnering over 8.9 targets and 5.9 receptions in each game.
In last night’s game, Adams only had three receptions.
Davante Adams played 62 games for the Packers in the regular season & playoffs from 2018-2021.
He caught less than four passes only ONCE in those 62 games.
He already has four games with fewer than four catches this season with the Raiders. All four, Ls.

In the four games that Adams hasn’t eclipsed the four-catch mark, the Raiders have wound up losing.
Coincidence?
We think not.
The Career Dominance Of Adams
As a Packer, Adams developed an excellent rapport with Aaron Rodgers.
In his final four seasons as a member of the Packers, Adams was averaging 7.6 receptions per game.
It’s evident that Adams’ current quarterback, Derek Carr, desperately wants to get him the ball.
Adams is averaging nearly 11 targets per game this season.
Unfortunately for him, the Raiders are only averaging 34.5 pass attempts per game, just the twelfth-best mark in the league.
For the Raiders to win more football games, they will need to pass the ball at a higher clip.
If this happens, he is sure to have more opportunities to prove his greatness and put the Raiders in the best chance to win more games this season.
Adams and Carr started the season with natural chemistry, given that they were former teammates in college at Fresno State.
With a little luck, and more opportunities to pass the ball, their connection should grow in 2023, resulting in more receptions for Adams, and hopefully, more wins for the Raiders as well.
He is simply too dominant of a player to not feature more heavily in an offense.
