If wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. had a choice, he would like to participate in the upcoming NFL season.
However, he will be sidelined indefinitely due to his ACL injury during Super Bowl LVI.
It’s a good thing, though, that he helped the Los Angeles Rams win that big game.
Unfortunately, his recovery period may take up to 12 months.
While working his way back to full strength, he has been killing time through social media.
It also kills him not to play for a while due to his condition.
Though he cannot wear pads and a helmet for now, he is still excited for the 2022 season, especially the opening game.

Beckham tweeted, “Whoever wins Thursday !!!!! Can’t wait … to all the boys goin into the season! May God bless u with peace of mind and physical strength to endure the season. God watch over all my brothers this year let them shine and stay healthy !! LUV.”
The two-time All-Pro supports all athletes participating in the NFL’s 102nd season.
More importantly, he gave props to the Rams and the Buffalo Bills, teams that will participate in the opening game.
It’s a fantastic matchup that is billed by some as a potential preview for Super Bowl LVII.
No Word On Beckham’s New Team
Beckham joked that he could sign with the winner of the Rams-Bills game, given that both teams could reach the Super Bowl.
However, the Rams would like to get him back once he is ready to go.
The team went as far as retaining his locker, hoping it would entice him to return.
While Beckham is happy to play in Los Angeles, there’s no certainty regarding his next contract.
Instead, he will focus on getting his knee better to continue his career.
