Nikola Jokic has been something of a statistical anomaly throughout his NBA career.
Players his size aren’t traditionally known for their prowess with the ball in their hands, but he’s proven that despite his size, he can do it all.
Jokic is viewed as one of the best passers in the league regardless of position, and it’s one of his best assets.
Of course, he is also a great shooter and rebounder, making him a triple threat and a matchup nightmare for most teams in the league.
His seemingly endless arsenal of skills is historic, and he recently passed an all-time great in another statistical category.
According to the NBA on ESPN, Jokic recently passed Magic Johnson for the third-most triple-doubles in league history.

With 139 triple-doubles, Jokic now trails only Oscar Robertson (181) and Russell Westbrook (200) in this category.
While it’s unlikely that he’ll pass Westbrook’s number considering how historic his triple-double run was, the fact that Jokic is on this list in the first place is a feat that will not soon be forgotten.
The Nuggets are a much better team when he is on the floor, and with Jokic, they are a threat to take down any opponent that stands in their way.
Considering all of the records he’s broken and the number of lists that he’s on, it will be interesting to see where Jokic’s career stats fall when he decides to retire.
He’s almost a sure thing to make the Hall of Fame at this rate, having accomplished so much this early on in his career.
