Nikola Jokic of the Denver Nuggets has accomplished just about everything during his years in the NBA: a championship ring, multiple MVP trophies, and more.
And now he’s done what so many other basketball stars have: he’s released his first signature sneaker.
The Joker 1s, shared by Kicks On SI, via Legion Hoops, are already creating a lot of buzz even though they were released to little fanfare and noise, which is typical for Jokic and his personality.

The Joker 1s were released by the Chinese company 361 Degrees.
They unveiled the shoes at a global launch event in Denver on December 2, and the reviews have been very good so far.
Now that the shoes have launched in the United States, they will debut in Europe as well, including in Jokic’s home country of Serbia.
Jokic has a multi-year deal with 361 Degrees and is also the company’s global ambassador.
Before his deal with this company, he worked with Nike but parted ways with them.
361 Degrees has big plans for Jokic, and they see these shoes as just the first step in a long collaborative process with the Nuggets superstar.
They want more than just shoes and also envision basketball gear, apparel, and more with Jokic.
The Nuggets big man is once again doing spectacular things on the court this season, averaging 29.6 points, 13.2 rebounds, and 10.7 assists.
That means that 361 Degrees is in business with one of the best and most impactful players in the world, which will be very good news for this brand new shoe line.
