Nikola Jokic came in clutch for his team on Tuesday night, scoring the winning point for the Denver Nuggets as they took on the New Orleans Pelicans.
Once again, Jokic was the best player on his team.
And, once again, he made it all look easy.
Jokic has been having a tremendous season.
In fact, it might be his best yet and that says a lot considering he won MVP for the last two consecutive years.

Jokic seemingly can’t miss on some nights.
In fact, he has only shot under 50% just once this season.
That game was at the start of the season on October 28, when Jokic went just 3-of-10 from the field against the Utah Jazz.
But the Nuggets still won that game by 16 points.
Since then, Jokic has been on a tear through the league, defeating the best teams with total ease while averaging a monster 25.1 points, 11 rebounds, and 9.9 assists.
His field goal percentage for the year is currently 62.9%.
And his terrific season has lifted the Nuggets up higher than ever before.
The team has now claimed the top spot in the West with a 34-14 record.
They have been the best team in their conference for weeks now, showing that their greatness isn’t a fluke or flash in the pan.
The Nuggets really have a chance at claiming the West this season, which is what fans have been waiting for.
Jokic shows no signs of slowing down and has remained healthy too.
All of this is positioning the Nuggets for a terrific second half to the season and a chance at the Finals.
He has two MVP trophies to his name but Jokic really might be adding a championship ring soon.
