Nick Foles‘ NFL career is complete after leading the Philadelphia Eagles to victory in Super Bowl LII.
His Philly Special play will forever endear him to Eagles fans.
But even with that achievement, the Eagles allowed Foles to walk away to the Jacksonville Jaguars on a four-year, $88 million deal.
Yet one year later, the Jaguars dealt him to the Chicago Bears and he ended up playing ten games in two seasons.
However, it seems like Foles is on the move again after what Windy City Gridiron writer Jacob Infante shared.
I’m definitely fine with the #Bears signing Trevor Siemian.
Experienced veteran QB who’s a real solid backup. Would be interested in seeing if a Nick Foles trade is in the work here.

Infante tweeted, “I’m definitely fine with the #Bears signing Trevor Siemian. Experienced veteran QB who’s a real solid backup. Would be interested in seeing if a Nick Foles trade is in the work here.”
There might be a handful of teams that would be interested in acquiring Foles, especially because he has proven his readiness when his number is called.
If he were to be traded, Foles will be on his sixth team in 11 seasons.
To Trade Or Not To Trade?
The Bears’ use for Foles now becomes limited as the team signed Siemian to a two-year deal.
However, they are hoping that the former New Orleans Saints quarterback won’t take up much playing time.
Instead, the team hopes that Justin Fields will turn out to be the play-caller they expected.
Otherwise, they would have to turn to Siemian which is not a good situation.
The veteran quarterback lost all four of his starts with New Orleans last season despite having a solid offensive line and some weapons on offense around him.
But by bringing in Siemian, the Bears cannot deny their plans to trade away Foles and get a late-round draft pick.
