After a long process to get a lucrative long-term contract extension done with the San Francisco 49ers, superstar defensive end Nick Bosa is now a very wealthy man, with the reigning NFL Defensive Player of the Year now playing on a five-year, $170 million deal.
Along with inking this enormous deal with the 49ers, Bosa was able to get $122.5 million in guaranteed money, which is impressive, to say the least.
Now that Bosa is an incredibly wealthy man, he was asked what his plans are for his next big purchase as the highest-paid non-quarterback in the NFL, according to Cam Inman of The Mercury News.
#49ers Nick Bosa's plans for his first big buy as NFL's richest non-quarterback:
"Definitely get a house out here, which would be a pretty big purchase in this area."
PS: I can confirm that would be a smart move, as a licensed Realtor! Talk to you soon, Nick 😉

As most people do when they get a considerable raise, Bosa plans on buying a new house, and it will cost him a pretty penny to do so in the Bay Area, where the cost of living is through the roof these days with it being the center of the tech industry.
With Bosa planning for the future off-the-field with his newfound funds, the focus will head back to the gridiron this week as the 49ers prepare to take on the Pittsburgh Steelers on the road on Sunday.
Although the Steelers are still considered to be a team trying to get things back on track after Ben Roethlisberger’s retirement, Pittsburgh will pose a challenge for the 49ers, as they are a talented team on both sides of the football and will be looking for a statement win right out of the gate against the title contenders from the Bay Area.
