So far, there have been many complaints about the Browns’ decision to hire Schwartz.
However, as Tyler Johnson highlights above, Schwartz is incredibly qualified to do his job.
He has been a defensive coordinator four different times and has also been a head coach.
His 30 years of experience in the NFL are nothing to sneeze at and should provide the Browns defense with every opportunity to succeed.
After his hiring, the internet grabbed hold of one particular video from Schwartz’s past, highlighting his passion for success.

In his time as a coach in the league, Schwartz’s big personality has certainly come out at times and has reared its head in a few instances, as played above.
Despite all of the joking, Schwartz is a proven winner and has proven that he has what it takes to lead a defense effectively.

In the past, Schwartz has put together top-five run defenses in eight seasons as a member of various coaching staffs.
With difference-makers like Denzel Ward and Myles Garrett on the defensive side of the ball, Schwartz will have a great start in terms of talent to work with.
Given his history of developing great players, the Browns have confidence in Schwartz that more players will come out of the woodwork for their defense, working tirelessly under their new defensive leadership.
