Everyone invested in football raised their eyebrows when Los Angeles Rams general manager sent three draft picks and Jared Goff to the Detroit Lions for Matthew Stafford.
After playing for so long in the Motor City, Stafford hadn’t led the Lions to any playoff success.
However, no one’s laughing at Snead anymore after the Rams won Super Bowl LVI with Stafford under center.
But that wasn’t the only deal he pulled off to build a championship team.
He was able to get Odell Beckham Jr. and Von Miller without losing much draft capital.
Those transactions also had this Twitter user impressed with the front office executive.

They praised Snead in response to ESPN’s Field Yates’ tweet regarding the offseason deals he pulled off.
Aside from signing Stafford to a four-year, $160 million extension, he also brought in wideout Allen Robinson on a three-year, $46.5 million deal.
The Rams also signed All-Pro linebacker Bobby Wagner, who was released by the Seattle Seahawks after ten seasons.
The Rams also made Aaron Donald the highest-paid non-quarterback in the league by adding money to his existing contract.
Finally, they gave Cooper Kupp the contract he deserves after a stellar 2021 campaign.
With these big deals in place, football fans couldn’t help but wonder where the money is coming from.

Snead Is A Front Office Wizard
All the credit goes to Snead and his staff for retaining their top stars, giving them what’s due, and staying within the salary cap.
However, his latest transactions might prove that the rule which supposed to ensure fair competition might be a hoax.
Are we sure the NFL salary cap is real? One thing is for sure, Les Snead doesn’t believe it exists

But while football fans and experts focus on the dollars Snead will be giving away, the team will set their attention to winning more Super Bowls.
They have a splendid chance to add to their trophy case with their all-star roster, and they have Snead to praise for building the squad.
In that case, given that they play in Hollywood, a movie producer should immortalize their story.
I can’t wait until the movie is made about Les Snead, Sean McVay, and the 2017-2030 Rams

No one knows if that film will get rave reviews.
However, Snead’s crafty decision-making will have a lasting imprint on the franchise and the league.
