Sunday was a bad day for two NFL teams hoping to make the playoffs.
For these two teams, they hurt themselves and their playoff chances with costly losses on Sunday.
While at least one of these two teams still has a playoff shot, it’s become a little more difficult.
So which two playoff teams hurt themselves the most on Sunday with costly losses?
2. Seattle Seahawks
The Seattle Seahawks had the best matchup going into their Sunday game.
Their game against the Las Vegas Raiders was expected to be an easy win for the Seahawks.
I'm kind of impressed that the Raiders are doing what they can to battle in this game. This is supposed to be an easy win for the #Seahawks . But like somebody told me a few weeks ago, no such thing as easy wins.

However, the game went into overtime, with the Raiders coming out on top thanks to a Josh Jacobs touchdown run.
This puts the Seahawks on the outside of the playoff bubble.
With them having several tough games ahead of them, this loss hurts their playoff chances.
1. Green Bay Packers
Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers have the slimmest shot of making the playoffs after Sunday night’s loss.
While they came into the game with a glimmer of hope, they left with Rodgers on the bench, injured.
Aaron Rodgers exited Sunday's game with a rib injury.

With his rib injury, the Packers’ season is pretty much over.
While Rodgers might try to continue playing, there’s no hope for the Packers to reach the playoffs.
The loss puts them at 4-8, and behind a lot of teams for the seventh seed.
However, the Packers can use this time to develop Jordan Love, as Sunday’s loss hurt their playoff chances too much.
While the Packers have some hope to make the playoffs, it requires too much help from other teams for it to become a reality.
