This year’s NFL trade deadline saw plenty of teams making huge moves.
While some teams were sellers, others were buyers.
These buyers were setting themselves up to make a run this season with the deals they made.
So which three teams are setting up to make a run after the trades they made before the NFL trade deadline?
3. Baltimore Ravens
The Baltimore Ravens have a rich history of elite linebackers on their defense.
Before the trade deadline, they added one more elite linebacker to that list in Roquan Smith.
This now gives the Ravens an elite lineup with their front seven.

Getting through these defenders won’t be a simple task this season.
2. Miami Dolphins
With Tua Tagovailoa back in action, the Miami Dolphins offense is humming yet again.
However, the Dolphins made two huge trades to make major upgrades.
First, they got Bradley Chubb, giving their defensive front a tremendous boost.

These moves help the Dolphins improve on both sides, as they look to reclaim first-place in the AFC East.
1. Minnesota Vikings
However, they went and added a solid receiving tight-end in T.J. Hockenson.
With him on the team, quarterback Kirk Cousins has plenty of weapons on offense.
While they are on top of the NFC North, this trade shows they want to remain there and reach a Super Bowl.
