The results in Week 9 of the 2021 season showed why the NFL is so exciting.

Every game counts since teams might play a maximum of only 21 games.

Experts dissect each game to find a reason for the outcome.

Likewise, losses by the favored teams to the underdogs merit countless discussions.

It’s shocking to see the Las Vegas Raiders fall to the New York Giants, and the Dallas Cowboys lose to the Denver Broncos.

But the most surprising result was Jacksonville’s win over heavily-favored Buffalo.

Outcomes like these may happen again in Week 10, and these three NFL teams will likely complete the upset.

3. Jacksonville Jaguars

Not only did the Jaguars beat the AFC East leaders, but they also gave up zero touchdowns to one of the NFL’s top offenses.

Jacksonville defensive end Josh Allen was all over the place by collecting a sack, an interception, and a fumble recovery from his namesake.

The Jaguars did not score a touchdown as well, but they’d take the victory because that’s rare for them throughout these last two seasons.

Urban Meyer’s crew has a chance to score their third win in nine games against the Indianapolis Colts.

The Colts are coming off a victory against the New York Jets, but they’ve shown inconsistency throughout the season.

If the Jaguars catch them on a bad day, they have a chance to have their first win streak since Weeks 7 and 8 of the 2019 season.

Allen and the Jacksonville defense must keep up the momentum to challenge Carson Wentz and the Indianapolis offense.

Likewise, Trevor Lawrence must string together scoring drives to match the Colts’ capability to complete big plays.

2. Atlanta Falcons

The Atlanta Falcons are in a nice groove as of late after winning three of their last four games.

Kyle Pitts is not a secret anymore, while Cordarrelle Patterson leaves his imprint via his versatility.

Atlanta went back to .500 after defeating the Jameis Winston-less New Orleans Saints.

Despite the injury suffered by their starting quarterback, New Orleans kept the game close thanks to Trevor Siemian and Alvin Kamara.

However, Matt Ryan prevailed by throwing for 343 yards and two touchdowns.

Patterson also had a monster day with 126 receiving yards on six carries.

Atlanta will be facing the Cowboys, who have real issues in the secondary.

If Ryan can find those holes and exploit their weaknesses, Atlanta can pull off the upset.

A victory over the Cowboys will increase their chances of securing an NFL playoff spot and make things interesting in the NFC South.

1. Seattle Seahawks

There’s a chance that Aaron Rodgers might not play for the second straight week.

If he doesn’t, the Green Bay Packers are in trouble again with Jordan Love executing the plays.

After producing seven points in their loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, the Packers had a glimpse of what Love can do.

Matt LaFleur’s troops are in for more bad news as Russell Wilson returns after fracturing his finger.

His presence alone elevates the production and enthusiasm of wide receivers Tyler Lockett and D.K. Metcalf.

Wilson commands the offense better than Geno Smith, making the Seattle Seahawks starting job his until he transfers or retires.
