Miles Garrett, the FOX 5 Atlanta reporter and not the Cleveland Browns defensive lineman, shared the helmets of new helmets of the Atlanta Falcons, New England Patriots, Houston Texans, and Cincinnati Bengals.
The league’s new rule of allowing alternate helmets gave rise to these sleek designs.
The Patriots’ helmet is the most popular among the bunch because it is part of their old blue and red uniforms.
It features the logo of Patriot Pat about to snap the ball.
Meanwhile, the Falcons will have a red helmet aside from their usual black ones.
The same goes for the Texans who will have red helmets to swap with their dark blue ones.
Finally, the Bengals will use their white helmets with the traditional Bengal stripes.
New Helmets Generate Fan’s Attention
Imagine the number of fans that will purchase replicas of these alternate helmets.
That adds to their in-game sales which drive up their revenue.
Likewise, these helmets can draw the attention of casual football fans who will notice their stunning designs.
It also gives the players more confidence to take the field.
