3 NFL QBs In Need Of New Teams Before Training Camp

Training camps for NFL teams are coming up, which means preseason is right around the corner.

These training camps are what every player needs to get ready for the preseason and the regular season.

However, there are three quarterbacks who’ll need a new team going into these 2022 training camps.

So which three QBs need new homes before the camps start?

3. Josh Rosen

Former first-round pick Josh Rosen has fallen from grace fast in the NFL.

He’s bounced from team to team and went from starting quarterback to backup QB.

I will never forget Josh Rosen talking him self up on 2 separate franchises and couldn’t even hold a position as a back up🤣🤣

However, any team that needs a somewhat reliable backup should get Rosen.

With him being out of practice for a while, he’ll need that training camp time to get back into shape.

While he most likely won’t see any action, getting him in for training camp can get him familiar with the team, in case he needs to take over.

So whoever needs a backup QB should get him now to allow him to get accustomed to the team’s offense.

2. Cam Newton

Cam Newton is a quarterback who needs as much time training with a team as possible.

He’s come out and said how he wasn’t in a suitable spot when he had little time to learn his team’s offensive playbook.

So him getting a team before training camp could help him learn his new team’s playbook.

We’re asking #FANS to pray with:

QUARTERBACK #Cam #Newton

to get signed #BEFORE Training Camp so he’ll have time to play GOOD Football, and master his NEW Playbook! #SpreadTheWord

However, he might need more than a prayer to find that new team.

His disappointing return to Carolina might diminish his stock with teams looking for a quarterback.

While he and his supports have blamed the lack of time to learn the playbook for this, it still doesn’t help him.

But he can turn things around with that all important training camp time.

It could be his last chance to show if he still has the magic as a QB in the NFL.

Getting that training camp time could make the difference between him being a backup or a starter for an NFL team.

1. Jimmy Garoppolo

One QB that needs training camp the most is Jimmy Garoppolo.

This isn’t because he isn’t good, but because he needs that time to gel and make a smooth transition into a starting QB for his new team.

With Trey Lance being the popular quarterback in San Francisco, we all know Jimmy G’s time is up there.

So the sooner he can get to his new team and practice with them, the better.

It will give him that edge to get back into starting quarterback form for 2022.

However, he’ll also need the practice to work out any kinks from his shoulder surgery earlier this year.

So training camp is especially important for him, as he continues to recover from his offseason surgery.

But will the 49ers ship him off to another time in time for him to get that training camp time?

It doesn’t look likely for now, as they don’t want to train him to their division rival, the Seattle Seahawks.

With training camp only weeks away, it will be interesting to see which team Jimmy G will do his reps with in 2022.
