The Indianapolis Colts made an odd move during the 2022 season to fire Frank Reich and hire Jeff Saturday as interim head coach.
What made the move odd was how Saturday had no prior college or NFL coaching experience.
While most fans and analysts were baffled by the decision, Jim Irsay, the owner of the Colts, was all for the hiring.
However, the move was in fact a horrible one to make, as Saturday finished his season with a 1-7 record.
Now the team is looking for a head coach for the 2023 NFL season.
But NFL insider Dov Kleiman is tweeting how the Colts are interviewing Saturday yet again.
#Colts will be interviewing interim head coach Jeff Saturday for a second time, according to @RobMaaddi
Saturday reportedly "remains in the running" for the permanent position, per SI.

While he isn’t the only person the team is interviewing, it’s odd he’s still in the coaching job conversation.
It seems his history with the team as a player might cloud the judgement of Irsay.
With his questionable management during games, it baffles fans he is getting a second interview.
Despite the negatives, the Colts are giving the coach they currently have a possible second chance.
If they hire him, fans will be livid about the hiring.
With DeMeco Ryans getting an interview as well, fans rather have him over Saturday.
They see what Ryans is doing in San Francisco, and having him in Indianapolis as a head coach will help the team.
However, Irsay has the power to hire whoever he wants as the next head coach of his team.
While he holds this power, fans just hope they don’t see him keeping what they have already in Indianapolis.
