While player movement is typical during the NFL offseason, this season puts the shift into overdrive.
Quarterbacks dominated the headlines, with Russell Wilson going to the Denver Broncos and Matt Ryan joining the Indianapolis Colts.
Wide receivers Davante Adams and Tyreek Hill went to new teams and signed massive contracts.
Two weeks after free agency started, the squads were almost done filling their rosters.
However, CBS Sports’ Josina Anderson pointed out some free agents on defense that are still unsigned.
Some NFL Free Agents still available:
Stephon Gilmore
Landon Collins
Tyrann Mathieu
Jadeveon Clowney
K.J Wright
Robert Alford

Ndamukong Suh made his intentions of returning to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers clear.
Meanwhile, Tyrann Mathieu and Jadeveon Clowney are high-impact players for their teams in 2022.
It’s also fascinating that those two players remain unsigned despite an impressive 2021 season.
Clowney had nine sacks for the Cleveland Browns, while Mathieu had 76 tackles and three interceptions.
The Carolina Panthers are not bringing back the 2019 Defensive Player of the Year.
Landon Collins, K.J. Wright, and Robert Alford will be positive additions to any team.
While these players are getting interest from NFL teams, they haven’t signed any contracts yet.
Other noteworthy free-agent defensive players are Akiem Hicks, Dont’a Hightower, Calais Campbell, Jason Pierre-Paul, and Joe Haden, to name a few.
Top Free Agents On Offense
There is no shortage of free-agent talent on offense.
Wide receivers Cole Beasley, T.Y. Hilton, Julio Jones, and Will Fuller still do not have a team.
As for running backs, Marlon Mack, Melvin Gordon, and Sony Michel are still unsigned.
Center J.C. Tretter also seeks a new NFL home, so is left tackle Nate Solder.
Time might be running out for these players, given that teams would like to retain their cap space before the NFL Draft by the end of April.
