The Green Bay Packers are facing a major crossroads this offseason.
Some reports state that they’re ready to move on from Aaron Rodgers, who has been non-committal about his future — both in the league and with the organization — and would gladly welcome a trade somewhere else.
However, no official source from the franchise has confirmed or denied such rumors, and trading Rodgers wouldn’t be an easy task because of his salary, regardless of how great of a quarterback he is.
With that in mind, The Athletic’s Matt Schneidman believes that Jordan Love could force his way out of the team if Rodgers decides to come back.

Per Schneidman, Love will either be the Packers’ starter in 2023 or look for more opportunities somewhere else.
Whatever the case, he added that the Packers would look to add another young QB, either to replace Love or to serve as his backup.
Should that be the case, they could use another high-draft pick on a QB.
The Packers have a long history of shortcomings since that Super Bowl title, constantly struggling to get past the NFC Championship Game.
Rodgers is undeniably one of the greatest and most talented quarterbacks in football history, so there would be multiple teams looking to make a run at him if he’s made available.
As for Love, he’s not been exactly impressive in the limited snaps he’s played at the pro level, and some believe he might never be a starting-caliber QB, so it seems like he’ll have plenty of doubters to silence in 2023.NEXT: NFL Insider Notes 7 Packers Players That Will Be Upcoming Free Agents
