On Thursday night, the NFL will release its regular season schedule for the 2023 season, but some details have already been leaked.
One matchup that stands out is a rematch of Super Bowl LVII, which will take place in Week 11.
According to Field Yates, when the world champion Kansas City Chiefs host the Philadelphia Eagles on November 20, it will be only the second Super Bowl rematch to take place the following season on Monday Night Football.
The Chiefs vs. Eagles game in Week 11 will be just the second Super Bowl rematch the following season to be played on Monday Night Football.

Although fans will undoubtedly be very eager to watch this game, it won’t be a perfect rematch, as both teams will look somewhat different.
The Eagles have lost two major contributors from last year’s roster — Pro Bowl running back Miles Sanders, who is now with the Carolina Panthers, and defensive tackle Javon Hargrave, who signed with the San Francisco 49ers.
Meanwhile, JuJu Smith-Schuster, Kansas City’s most productive wide receiver in 2022, is now a member of the New England Patriots, while star offensive tackle Orlando Brown Jr. became a Cincinnati Bengal.
Still, many are picking both teams to return to the Super Bowl next winter, at least for now.
The Chiefs traded away star wide receiver Tyreek Hill last offseason, and some thought his departure would weaken the team enough to prevent it from going all the way.
But that was not the case, and Kansas City still finished first in passing yards and passing touchdowns in the regular season even without the “Cheetah.”
