Each successful NFL organization has a good structure from the top on down.
That is why having a smart owner who understands what must be done to win is crucial.
All successful teams have owners that delegate the football operations to the general manager and head coach.
But, there are a few NFL teams that are poorly run and need a new owner.
When the owner is taking the talk about his team away from the field, that is an issue.
Here are two NFL franchises that need new ownership.
1. Washington Commanders
If you have been following the Washington Commanders recently, you know their owner Daniel Snyder is on his way out.
Snyder has caused nothing but problems as the owner of this franchise and his tenure needs to come to an end.
There have been multiple reports that the culture within the Commanders is toxic.
Snyder has taken the talk away from his football team and onto his mishaps.
Jim Irsay and Daniel Snyder are competing this week to see who can do the most dysfunctional thing. And they're both winning.

This is the first year being named the Commanders, now it is time to find a new owner.
2. Indianapolis Colts
The Indianapolis Colts have had plenty of problems within their organization.
Their owner Jim Irsay has been outspoken about his teams’ lack of recent success.
But, Irsay is a big part of the problem.
Just this season Irsay benched fired head coach Frank Reich and benched quarterback Matt Ryan.
Then Irsay made a bold decision by hiring Jeff Saturday as interim head coach.

Saturday never coached in the NFL or college before last weekend, but he did get a win in his first game.
The Colts have seemingly never recovered from Andrew Luck‘s surprise retirement and Irsay is to blame.

Bears Fan says
This is a very lazy take. Commanders is easy and fair enough to include them. The Colts over the past 20 years have a top.5 number of wins in the league. You write an article on ownership issues and you don’t look at the Bears (perpetual awful), Browns (no winning and guaranteed contract to deshaun Watson), Jaguars/Texans… Could keep going…
Sorry but this was poor..

Picking the Colts over the Browns, Bears, and LIONS is ludicrous. And what have the Jets done the last 15 years? Irsay’s really only questionable hire , IMO, is Chris Ballard.
