The rookie season for Brock Purdy was a ride for the seventh-round draft pick.
While the season began with him as the third-string quarterback for the San Francisco 49ers, it soon saw him taking over as their starting quarterback.
His play in each game led fans to swoon over the last pick of the 2022 NFL Draft.
While he only started in five regular season games, NFL fans felt he was the best offensive rookie from the draft.
It led those fans to vote him the Offensive Rookie of the Year, according to the NFL on FOX Twitter account.

Those fans saw enough from him to believe he was the best offensive rookie for the 2022-23 NFL season.
In nine regular season games, and five starts, he held a 67.1% completion rate and had 1,374 passing yards.
His 13 touchdowns against four interceptions were pretty respectable in the short playing time he got during the regular season.
However, fans also saw him protecting the ball during the playoffs, as he had three touchdowns and no interceptions in three playoff games.
While his season ended with a horrific injury, NFL fans still believe in the young quarterback.
His performance this season gave the 49ers a shot at making the Super Bowl.
While the team’s defense was the backbone of the 49ers, Purdy was showing how their offense has some flare.
He gave fans an impressive showing of highlight plays during his time as a starting quarterback.
So even though he missed the Super Bowl, fans who watched his games this season see him as a star.
