It’s just fitting that defensive tackle Aaron Donald made the game-saving stop that sealed the Super Bowl LVI victory for the Los Angeles Rams.
After all, it was the only achievement lacking in his surefire Hall of Fame career, and he has experienced being on the losing end in Super Bowl LIII.
The former Pitt Panther did contemplate retirement after winning the title because he has nothing left to prove.
However, the team persuaded him to chase more Super Bowls by adding more guaranteed money to his current contract.
While having the three-time Defensive Player of the Year back is great news for the Rams, it isn’t so for opposing quarterbacks and offensive linemen.
They will have to deal with Donald, who is a handful on every snap.
He is like a superhero because it’s hard for one man to stop him.

The NFL showed how great Donald is by sharing a photo of him being stopped by two Seattle Seahawks linemen.
Despite the edge in numbers, it looks like Donald can still breach their resistance.
But one NFL fan found the perfect image that encapsulates Donald’s domination.
There he was being stopped by four Miami Dolphins linemen and it’s somewhat comical.
Seriously, they needed that much to stop one man?
Yet then again, he isn’t just any man.
Donald’s Place In Canton Is Booked
Since the Hall of Fame is about players who performed exceptionally against their contemporaries, there’s no doubt that Donald will get a bronze bust and a gold jacket.
He has compiled double-digit sacks in six of his eight NFL seasons despite being an interior defensive lineman.
He also has 150 tackles for losses and 285 solo tackles in his career so far.
Donald will keep on padding his already impressive stats as he keeps on playing for the Rams.
With three years left in his current deal, we better enjoy what he brings to the table before he calls it quits.
