The 2022 NFL offseason kicked off with plenty of teams searching for a franchise quarterback.
However, very few of those teams got themselves a quarterback they could count on during games.
Now that the 2023 NFL Draft has some promising talent at quarterback, teams will try to find their next quarterback this offseason.
However, for one NFL division, they have a shocking lineup of quarterbacks heading into the offseason.
With the retirement of Tom Brady, three of the four NFC South teams will have a second-year player starting at quarterback in 2023.

Of those three quarterbacks, only Desmond Ridder has extensive playing time from the 2022-23 NFL season.
The rookie quarterback started four games for the Atlanta Falcons and had a 2-2 record for the season.
However, the other two rookie quarterbacks have next to no playing experience.
With Matt Corral, he had no playing time during the regular season because of an injury he suffered during the preseason.
While he has no experience, rookie quarterback Kyle Trask was only in one game for the season.
However, that game saw him playing only 10 snaps in the last game of the regular season.
With those two quarterbacks having limited experience, it gives the NFC South three teams with unproven quarterbacks.
This leaves the New Orleans Saints with the only quarterback who is a veteran.
Jameis Winston has plenty of NFL experience and will probably lead the Saints offense in 2023.
While he missed out on this season, the upcoming season is his for the taking.
With limited competition going into the offseason, the NFC South quarterback situation bodes well for the Saints.
