Ohio State has recently conducted its Pro Day, where many of its top prospects made one final push to NFL organizations and scouts.
One of the main attractions for this Pro Day was C.J. Stroud, who many are projecting to be a top-five pick.
However, Jaxon Smith-Njigba has made quite a name for himself and is slated to be one of the best receivers in this class.
Dan Orlovsky has recently commented on Smith-Njigba’s talents, saying that he “will be an awesome pro.”

Ohio State has produced several fantastic receivers over the past several years, including Chris Olave and Garrett Wilson.
Smith-Njigba has been touted as the best of these three, with Olave and Wilson having successful rookie years in 2022.
With Olave and Wilson still on Ohio State’s roster, Smith-Njigba broke two Ohio State records.
During that season, he had 95 receptions and 1,606 yards, and many believe that he can reach similar heights at the NFL level.
The 2022 NFL Draft saw six wide receivers taken in the first 18 picks, with Wilson and Olave being a part of that grouping.
Will Smith-Njigba be drafted higher than his OSU counterparts were?
There are better quarterback prospects in this draft class, which could push receivers further in the draft than there was last year.
If Smith-Njigba has gotten this much praise already, he is unlikely to fall too far in the draft.
Orlovsky is a well-respected analyst, as he played in the league himself, and has a great vision for prospective NFL talents.
Is he correct about Smith-Njigba?
