Patrick Mahomes continues to lead conversations about the best current quarterback in the NFL.
The Kansas City Chiefs have committed to Mahomes, signing him to a ten-year contract.
They believe that he is their future, and he has backed that up with five-straight AFC Championship appearances and will appear in his third Super Bowl on Sunday.
Many analysts believe, that, with a victory on Sunday, Mahomes can catapult himself into another category.

In the eyes of Kevin Carter, Mahomes is one more Super Bowl victory away from Tom Brady’s status.
Yes, Brady won seven career rings, and Mahomes certainly has a long way to go.
He’s only in his sixth career season and joins Brady as the only player to reach three Super Bowls in his first six seasons.
However, Brady wasn’t just able to reach the NFL’s biggest game.
There’s a reason that Brady is considered the greatest quarterback of all time.
His seven rings are three more than the next closest quarterbacks.
