What do you do with Ben Simmons?
That has been the question that is being asked around Philadelphia and the rest of the NBA.
The Philadelphia 76ers are caught in a rough situation.
They were able to have a great regular season that culminated in a number one seed in the Eastern Conference.
Joel Embiid was an MVP candidate all season.
Simmons even finished second in Defensive Player of the Year voting.
However, all of that success went for noting.
The Atlanta Hawks upset the 76ers in the second round.
This was the year for the 76ers to win it all, but it ended before the Conference Finals.
The person receiving the most blame for all of this is Simmons.
He had an abysmal series.
Refusing to shoot the ball, missing free throws, and looking scared of the moment were all of the issues we saw throughout this series.
Now, the 76ers have to figure out what to do with him.
The fans have already expressed their desire with this team keeping him or not.

If the 76ers are to trade him, where would he go?
What is the best offer?
Here are the three teams that should try and acquire Simmons.
3. San Antonio Spurs
The San Antonio Spurs have gone unnoticed for a couple of years.
Fans still remember the greatness they once had, but it is now gone.
The Spurs may lose their star player, DeMar DeRozan, to free agency.
This team needs to go in a brand new direction.
That direction can come in the form of trading for Simmons.
He is still very young and needs all the help he can get.
The Spurs are known for helping players with their jump shots, such as Kawhi Leonard.
Perhaps Simmons can be their next success story.
Gregg Popovich is one of the greatest coaches of all time.
This can possibly be his biggest test.
Trade Offer: 76ers trade Ben Simmons to Spurs for Dejounte Murray, Keldon Johnson, and Lonnie Walker
2. Minnesota Timberwolves
Kendrick Perkins was recently on ESPN discussing the idea of the Minnesota Timberwolves trading for Simmons.
"You know what's the right place for Ben Simmons? I'm going to trade him for D'Angelo Russell and Malik Beasley, and I'm gonna send him to Minnesota."@KendrickPerkins thinks Simmons should play a "dual four position, like a Sabonis." pic.twitter.com/onECTadvg2

This wasn’t a destination some may have initially thought of.
However, with more thought, the trade would work.
Now, does Simmons want to play in Minnesota?
Most likely not, but we do not know.
The Timberwolves are in a rebuild, but also trying to convince Karl-Anthony Towns to stay for the long-term.
They should try their best to make a splash.
This can be the splash.
Simmons cannot shoot outside of the paint, but Towns has transformed his game to be more outside based.
This can be a perfect fit.
Trade Offer: 76ers trade Ben Simmons and George Hill to Timberwolves for D’Angelo Russell, Malik Beasley, Jaden McDaniels, and a 2023 first-round pick
1. Portland Trail Blazers
The team with the best odds as of right now to trade for Simmons are the Portland Trail Blazers.

Spurs +300
Wizards +400
Bulls +400
Warriors +500

The Trail Blazers have just fired their head coach and want to head in a new direction.
However, they want to compete for a title, but feel like there needs to be changes.
Damian Lillard is not going anywhere.
He is the face of this team.
Everyone else should be available.
Lillard can play off the ball at times with Simmons distributing.
This can be a great tandem if it is done correctly.
Jusuf Nurkic might be clogging the paint, but he can be traded as well.
The Trail Blazers can have their foundation be Lillard and Simmons, and go from there.
Trade Offer: 76ers trade Ben Simmons and George Hill to the Trail Blazers for CJ McCollum, Robert Covington, and a 2022 first-round pick
