One of the best ways to get NBA fans on their feet and cheering is to sink terrific three-pointers.
Since the creation of the three, few things have gotten people as excited.
In recent years, three-pointers have become supremely important to the league and the players within it.
Mastering this special type of shot has become essential to anyone hoping for postseason success and a serious run at the Finals.

Several players are great at three-pointers but a few of them are currently leading the way when it comes to shots that are made more than 30 feet away from the basket.
Damian Lillard of the Portland Trail Blazers has nailed 20 three-pointers at 30+ feet.
Trae Young of the Atlanta Hawks has scored 20 while LaMelo Ball of the Charlotte Hornets has secured 14 of his own.
This list of the best 30+ shooters is interesting for a couple of reasons.
Firstly, it is lacking Stephen Curry of the Golden State Warriors, someone who most people assume is the best at 30+ threes.
Secondly, each of the stars listed is playing for teams who are having serious issues right now.
Lillard’s Trail Blazers are desperately trying to climb back into playoff contention but currently sit at 13th in the West, while Young’s Hawks are barely hanging onto 8th, and Ball’s Hornets are all-but-out at 14th place in the East.
This shows that even with some of the best shooters in the league, teams aren’t guaranteed runaway success.
That is because basketball has become even more competitive and layered over the years and it’s truly about both ends of the court, more than ever before.
These three athletes are sure to impress the crowd but they are still searching for their first championship wins.
