NBA Seeking A Name For Hilarious Devin Booker Habit

The Phoenix Suns are currently up 2-0 against the Dallas Mavericks in the second round of the NBA playoffs.

That means that they are getting closer and closer to returning to the Finals.

However, before they can get there, they will need to push through several other teams – and things could get pretty choppy and physical.

If that happens, we might see more of a charming, funny Devin Booker move that is a hit among the fans.

The NBA is currently trying to find a name for the pose that Booker does after receiving a foul on a jump shot.

As seen in the tweet above, he lays flat on his back with his head propped up.

It’s definitely a funny look but it usually comes right after Booker has drawn a foul on a tough play.

That means that fans of opposing teams hate to see this Booker pose.

Devin Doing Damage

Booker was a big part of last year’s playoffs, averaging 27.3 points, 5.6 rebounds, and 4.5 assists a game.

This year, he’s off to a similar start with an average of 24.4 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 4.8 assists.

However, his three-point output has gone up a level this year: in 2020-21, he averaged two three-pointers per game in the playoffs.

This year, he’s created 3.6 three-pointers in the postseason.

Booker has also been physical in the games so far and seemingly fearless, which has led to drawing fouls when the team needs it most.

The Suns are a stacked team with multiple big stars but Booker is certainly a huge part of their success.

If they make it through this round, you can expect to see Booker being Booker again and again and giving it all he’s got.

In other words, you can expect to see a lot more of this pose.
