Right now, the NBA is working hard behind the scenes to plot the upcoming season.
There are many games for every team in the league and they all need to be scheduled well ahead of time to incorporate travel, housing arrangements, and so much more.
It’s no secret the NBA often schedules certain teams to square off against each other on particular days to drive up ratings and create buzz.
Opening night and Christmas Day, for example, usually feature the biggest teams in the league and the most storied rivalries.

But that is all up in the air right now.
Considering these are two of the largest stars in the league, it’s rather important to know which teams they’ll be a part of.
Where To Next?
After weeks of rumor and speculation, there are many people starting to wonder if Durant and Irving will actually leave the Brooklyn Nets.
In the end, they might both end up staying in the Big Apple.
That would be perhaps the biggest twist of all and would anger millions of fans while also energizing many others.
Durant and Irving are so talented and so special that no matter where they go they will definitely be part of the primetime lineup next season.
The Golden State Warriors, the Los Angeles Lakers, the Miami Heat, and the Brooklyn Nets are all waiting somewhat impatiently to see how all of this drama comes to an end.
But perhaps no one is more invested in all of this than the hard-working people putting the NBA schedule together.
