There is no doubt that the Golden State Warriors are one of the best teams in the NBA, if not the very best.
With a roster including Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green, Jordan Poole, Andrew Wiggins, and others, the Warriors are one of the most unstoppable teams in the league.
But there are some who wonder if the best days for some of their players are behind them.
Klay Thompson on the decline?
Are we agreeing with Charles Barkley on this one 🤔 pic.twitter.com/Gs6phYEYtr

Former NBA player and current analyst Charles Barkley is one of those people.
He opened up about his opinions on Thompson the other night.
“There was a time when Klay Thompson was the best two-way guard in the NBA and he’s not the same guy,” Barkley said.
Barkley isn’t the only one who has wondered if Thompson is on the decline but there is one person looking to prove him and the other critics wrong: Thompson himself.
Will he do that this season?
Thompson’s Totals
Thompson’s average so far this season is 11 points, 2.5 rebounds, and 2.8 assists.
That’s a tick down from his career average of 19.5 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 2.3 assists and has led some to think his output won’t be as high ever again.
However, it is essential to remember that Thompson is still coming back from a severe injury.
The sort of knee and Achilles issues he had are devastating and some people are never able to suit up and play the game ever again.
We are lucky to see Thompson on the court at all and it might still take time before he looks 100% like himself again.
Questioning if he’s ever going to play as he used to might be a bit premature.
But that’s not stopping Barkley from speaking his mind.
