No one is quite sure what is coming next for the Phoenix Suns.
The team is far from the top of the standings in the West, with a 26-25 record, behind the likes of the New Orleans Pelicans, Dallas Mavericks, Golden State Warriors, and others.
Because of this, some insiders and analysts are wondering if the team will make monumental changes in the months ahead.
However, will they move forward with perhaps the big change possible?
Report: NBA executives are watching Chris Paul’s situation in Phoenix https://t.co/uk6gf2JgfY

Executives throughout the NBA are “keeping a side eye on” the Suns and Chris Paul, in case the possibility of Paul leaving the team becomes a reality, according to NBA writer Matt Moore.
To be clear, there is apparently zero interest in shipping Paul away from the Suns but that might not always be the case, especially with the new ownership taking over control.
If the Suns decide that they want to part ways with Paul, he will become one of the hottest commodities in the league.
Despite the 37-year-old guard experiencing more injuries, he is still producing 14.3 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 8.7 assists when healthy.
Beyond that, his impact on the team has been obvious.
Before Paul’s acquisition by the Suns, Phoenix had missed the playoffs for ten years in a row.
The Paul era for Phoenix has been very successful, although they have always fallen short of their goal of winning the Finals.
As of now, the front office isn’t looking to get rid of Paul but if the rest of the season remains rocky, they might be open to the idea.
If the new management wants to really shake things up and try something different, they may hear offers on the 12-time All-Star.
