James Wiseman of the Golden State Warriors hasn’t played a single game this year because of a knee injury.
That’s been a big disappointment for the Warriors.
The team is obviously still one of the best in the league but they could be even better with the center on board.
But there is reason to believe they will be feeling his power in the next season.
There is “optimism” that James Wiseman could return to action in the Summer League, reports @ShamsCharania.

Shams Charania is reporting that there is “optimism” that Wiseman could return to the floor in time for Summer League, a huge step on his way to rejoining the team next season.
Wiseman returning to the Warriors could be a game-changer.
A Wise, Wise Man
During his sole year with the Warriors, Wiseman was putting up 11.5 points and 5.8 rebounds.
Those don’t look like wildly impressive numbers but it’s important to remember that he was only playing an average of 21.4 minutes and it was his inaugural season.
That means he only had room to grow.
Under the leadership of Kerr, he is definitely going to.
Imagine just how helpful Wiseman would be for the team’s defense.
They already have Draymond Green, Kevon Looney, and Jonathan Kuminga in the front court.
That’s a pretty impressive lineup but they would gladly take the help from Wiseman.
Wiseman returning would give the bench more depth and would evenly dole out the responsibilities among defenders.
A strong frontcourt and one of the best backcourts in the league would just cement the Warriors’ status in the league.
They are already showing just how wonderful they are as they battle it out in the Finals against the Boston Celtics.
The return of Wiseman would give them a huge boost, especially if he keeps fostering his talents and improving his abilities.
