Did you think the rumors about Kevin Durant of the Brooklyn Nets were finished?
Well, the joke’s on you because the speculation just keeps on coming!
For weeks now, we have known that Durant wants to leave the Nets but the team hasn’t been eager to agree to any deal unless it’s one that really knocks their socks off.
Teams like the Boston Celtics, Phoenix Suns, Miami Heat, and Toronto Raptors have all supposedly been in the Durant sweepstakes.
Time to add another team to the list.

It is being reported by Shams Charania that the Memphis Grizzlies have made “new inquiries” to the Nets about trading for Durant.
The team has five first-round draft picks they could add to a deal to sweeten the pot but there is no doubt that Brooklyn will want a lot more than just that.
A Hefty Price Tag
The Grizzlies will have to say goodbye to all those draft picks – and more – to get Durant.
The team would need to part ways with players like Jaren Jackson Jr. or Dillon Brooks at the very least.
The latest reporting suggests that Memphis doesn’t want to do that but they will need to if they are serious about getting Durant.
Brooklyn has made it abundantly, painfully clear that they not only want draft picks but they require players who are currently good too.
They are attempting to follow a “win now” plan that keeps them in contention even without Durant – or possibly Kyrie Irving.
If the Grizz want to make this happen, they’ll be putting a lot on the line.
So, is it worth it?
Should a team that got the second seed in the West last season risk an awful lot for the 33-year-old superstar?
