The Miami Heat have had a remarkable postseason – one that few people saw coming.
They have found incredible success and have fought all the way to the NBA Finals.
They have done so against all odds, and without one of their biggest players: Tyler Herro.
Herro has been out with a fractured hand since the opening round against the Milwaukee Bucks.
But Shams Charania states that the Heat believe they will be getting Herro back when they need him most during the Finals.
“From what I’m told, the team definitely believes that there’s a real chance that he’s gonna be able to return in this Finals,” Charania said on FanDuel TV.

Herro hurt his hand in the very first game of the postseason and the Heat said that he would be out for several weeks and could possibly return for the Finals
As noted by Charania, most analysts chuckled at that announcement at the time because few believed the Heat would even make the second round.
But here we are months later and the Heat are in the Finals and Herro is about to return.
During the 2022-23 season, the former Sixth Man of the Year produced 20.1 points, 5.4 rebounds, and 4.2 assists.
For the first time in his career, he started in every game he played this season.
However, Charania said that he will again be beginning games on the bench when he comes back.
Heat fans are hopeful that Herro’s shot returns immediately and he can easily make his way into the rotation.
He will provide the team with another strong shooter – and another way to keep the Nuggets on their toes.
