For years, the National Basketball Association has been on “Bronny Watch.”
LeBron James’ firstborn has gauged worldwide attention since his freshman year in high school, with fans and scouts hoping he’d be as good as his old man.
And while the early returns weren’t exactly encouraging, Bronny’s draft stock has risen rapidly over the past couple of months, establishing himself as one of the best decision-makers and off-ball defenders in his class.
The Sierra Canyon guard is reportedly set to become a top-10 pick in his draft class, so it’s safe to say that he can ball.
However, maybe his old man sees him with eyes of love, or maybe he’s just trying to get his draft stock even higher, as he recently made a rather bold statement about his son and NBA players.
James claimed that Bronny is already better than some of the ‘cats’ he’s watching on NBA League Pass, taking a shot at his colleagues while uplifting his eldest son.
LeBron didn't mince words on if he thought Bronny was league ready 👀

Needless to say, plenty of people had something to say about James’ assessment of his son and his competition, with most of them cracking jokes at LeDad.

Bronny has yet to make his announcement for his college future, but he’s already drawn plenty of interest for NIL deals, even starring in a Beats by Dre ad.
LeBron has made it clear that he intends to play with him once he makes it to the league, so he’ll have plenty of opportunities to prove if he’s actually better than some of the other cats.
